I’m seeing lots of people saying that they feel silly and stupid for being upset and crying over Robin’s death because they didn’t even know him and let me tell you: you’re absolutely not stupid. It’s true that he was a stranger to us but he also was someone we knew somehow and he was someone who meant a lot to Harry. And more than that, he had a family, he had friends, he had colleagues and he had a life that was taken away too soon and in a terrible way. So it’s completely normal to feel sad and heartbroken. Compassion and empathy are some of the world’s most important emotions, so don’t feel bad or ashamed for having them. You don’t have to personally know everyone to feel for them and support them through their struggles. ❤️
